The entire process—from scheduling the appointment to the actual visit—was incredibly smooth and easy. The whole team was amazing: professional, courteous, and attentive. Dr. Hillard took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism from start to finish.
Other than parking, office visit was smooth nurses friendly, Dr Hillard receptive as usual knows her craft. Like her demeanor answers all questions, good doc.
My visit with Dr. Hillard was a dialogue. She explained in detail my MRI and listened to my symptoms and questions. She treated me with intelligence & respect. Her assistant Myra was so kind and compassionate.
