Customer service from this store was terrible. It is really hard to trust and place an online order. I called to ask a question, but the person who answered was rude and didn’t respond properly.
Be very careful with Virani Jewelers. Their making charges are almost the same as the gold value, which means you end up paying nearly double the price. I strongly suggest not buying at all from this jeweler — it’s just not worth it.
Bought many pieces this past few days for my son’s wedding and me and my wife are mighty happy with the merchandize. Will always return to Virani Jewelers for more. Excellent customer service.
