I thoroughly enjoyed my experience browsing and purchasing at Virani with the help of Divya and Srikar. They were knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. Zero star for customer service and cheating to people Terrible experience. Staff was rude and misbehaved like we were going to steal their stuff. Do not go there. I made a mistake to buy stuff there. I was new to that area. I was exchanging my old gold stuff to buy new stuff. After checking she told me $1k for old stuff and then they give me less than $1k. ⸻ Horrible experience from start to finish! The customer service at this jewelry store was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping me was a burden.
