They try to cheat you if you dont know the rate of gold. So beware if you try to sell gold know the value of your item. I had 2 gold chains value of almost $18,700 they tried to give me $15,900. The dark south indian guy that was checking the value and gold price was laughing with the older sales man that was helping me out, later when I found out the value they try to give me I understood why they were laughing on the side. I purchased a 22k gold choker and earrings from Virani Jewelers (approximately 105 grams total). The jewelry was worn only once for about two hours for a family event and then stored safely in a locker. Upon later inspection, the white stones on the jewelry had turned black, making the items unwearable. This was very disappointing given the minimal use and careful storage. I was surprised that how they are doing business with unprofessional stuffs. Very rude and very disrespectful. Totally unacceptable behavior. They insult customers. I couldn’t make any deal. But I had good deal with next store “ Sona jewelry “
