I am very disappointed because at first they're very accommodating. But when I went to exchange my jewelry seems like they don't wanna help you. And they charge me more although I know the earrings was 2.1grams that's why the sale lady is looking for another 1grams jewelry to make it 3.1 grams to match the exchange weight suddenly on checkout she asked for another $30 because the earring she said was 2.3 grams how come and never show me the tag only the receipt that shows 2 .3grams. The worst service, they won't do any repairs if there is any damages after you take it out. They are charging for repairs on how much you spend on the item.
