Derek fixed an issue on my computer that was driving me nuts! 5/5 would recommend!
This is high tech skill combined with old school customer service. I run a home office internet based business and when my computer crashed and crashed hard... I called out on FACEBOOK through a business network at 7:58 a.m. at 8:04 a.m. Derek at Viral called me and by 10:30 a.m. he was on the job. Even better, Derek called a week or so later to see if everything was good, and made a few network issues right the same day. Best kept secret on the Emerald Coast.
