Scheduled an appointment online and got a text notification that didn't specify the location or address. Tried calling but it's just an automated phone system that directs you to sent a chat on the website.
Was able to make an appointment for my PCR test on the 26th, with this company and had no issues making the appointment. I show up for it, and apparently the office is closed. Ridiculous.
