I like dr shah very much. But his office staff is very difficult to deal with. No other drs office staff acts this way. You leave a message they don’t call you back for over a week. You tell them you are out of medication and they won’t send in a new prescription. I have to actually go to the office if I want to talk to them or get anything done. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. It is so strange.

Dr. Shah is the greatest. His mannerism, care, knowledge and Concern is always so on point. I have been. Going to him for over 10 years and I would t go anywhere else. I wish I could give him 10 stars. His office staff is excellent. So efficient and on top of their game. Highest marks for this doctor and staff. Thank you Karen Marotta.

Very unprofessional. Instead of contacting me directly this Dr approaches my wife (while she was performing her work as a Dr) and starts discussing matters pertaining to my treatment. (That I decided not to return) Additionaly he sends her a text stating that I have a 40 dollar balence. I never received a bill from his poorly organized office. And even if I had an outstanding balence his contacting my wife instead of me is not only unprofessional, but an invasion of my privacy and I have to wonder if this oddball is trying t... read more

Dr. Shah takes the time to explain my bloodwork results and help contact the pharmacy to resolve issues with insurance. He’s very caring and thorough. Highly recommended
