Everyone was very professional and friendly. My appointment was on time. I was provided with answers to all my questions. This was my 2nd procedure with Virago Beauty Bar and highly recommended their services.
Extremely poor customer service. I had prebooked an appointment and paid a 50% deposit. The day of my appointment I wanted to cancel as “life happened” and it would have helped me greatly to reschedule. I understood that getting a refund may be difficult so I was even willing for them to keep my deposit and simply allow me to use it for a different service on a different day.
