The front desk employees are so rude , including the nurse , they are just here for their paycheck not to provide service to people . Doctor rudy is nice . But there is a old lady on front desk , she’ll treat u like you’re a liability to her
Very bad service Have you waiting for hours & hours and staff had attitudes I had an appointment at 10:45 I got here 10 mins before & had to wait till almost 12 for the nurse and now I’m waiting to see the doctor STILL WAITING ‼️
Dr. Indu Vira establishment is rundown, low tech, and basic. The office receptionist (Mary) doesn't provide any helpful information and seems inconvenienced at all times. When trying to find a specialist it was like pulling teeth and they only provided one information on a Rolodex which didn't even take the insurance. Its very hard to verbally get in touch and speak with the doctor. There is no kind of follow up. Its hard to get answers.
