Sold on the VIR Group. We've found the perfect way to rent in The Villages! The location was great, the house immaculate, the amenities were perfect. Everyone we dealt with at VIR was friendly and helpful.
Making my reservation and any questions I had were answered easily and efficiently. Everyone was so cheerful on the phone. Wish they refunded my deposit immediately, 30 days is lengthy in my opinion.
Wonderful ladies and we are so grateful since leaving for hurricane Matthew! Awesome home and a beautiful area.
We rented this home sight unseen. The moment we walked thru the door we were welcomed with the sounds of classical music being played on two TV's. The home was immaculate. The cleaning crew should be commended for this. The home was supplied with all the condiments, cleaning materials, soap, towels, paper towels, linen, tissue and toilet paper. Awesome stay. We were fleeing NE Florida and Hurricane Matthew. Alaistar, Kaitlyn and the whole VIR team was extra responsive to an anxious family with pets. They gave me their cell numbers for after hours. Called more than once to check on us, and also gave us an extra night at no cost. The home was , nice, clean and affordable. Great company, will definitely use them again.
