Didn't had to wait long in the office very good service
Disaster admin. Was told when I made the appointment with Dr Patel's PA that someone would contact me about insurance. No one did. I call my insurance separately that confimed this provider is in network. I show up to the appointment and I'm given the paperwork for the wrong doctor. Then I get the right paperwork, and it turns out my insurance is out of network. Literally no one mentioned this to me - I only notice by readin the paperwork. Office manager Nital was nice about it.
