Originally when I first visited Doctor Patel’s office there was a clerical / communication error which led to me to not be seen which put a damper in my day as I was still in pain . The doctor personally gave me a call the same day and was extremely kind & apologetic for the mishap. He personally opened/came to his practice on a weekend to see me. I called this office a day prior to my appointment, filled out all forms, sent out all my information including insurance to which they advised they accepted. When I came for my visit today from Queens to Brooklyn they didn’t even have the common decency to call me the day prior when they assured they take my insurance to advise they actually don’t.
