I left the office in tears after being made fun of by the staff and could hear them laughing at me from the exam room. They did not care about me or put any time into caring about me after I went through a traumatic experience.
New office staff is absolutely rude and terrible. His daughter has no respect for older people. She thinks she can talk to people anyway she wants to. Staff goes is rude, hangs up on people if they don’t get what they want, which is money. Constantly catching them in lies in regards to conversations that you had with them.
