Horrible customer service!!!! I dropped my car off at 1100 am to get window tint. Showed up at 200 pm to pick it up. The lady behind counter knew I had to be somewhere at 300, because I told her this when I dropped it off. So I walked in and sat down, 15 minutes went by before she acknowledged me and that is because I walked up to her and asked how much longer. So I brought them my 2011 Nissan Murano wanting them to do a custom fiberglass box for 2 12s w/ 2 amps & a capacitor and also install a 6.5" component speaker set in all 4 doors with a 7" touch screen in the dash. I brought 2 pictures of examples on how I would like my finished product to look and was told it could all be done for about $2200 and would take about 5 weeks.
