After another private care service called us essentially hours before they were to begin our much needed in-home nursing care, we were left scrambling to find alternate service. My husband came home from the hospital to home palliative care on short notice. VIPrivate Care had a nurse to us on the evening of the first day he was home. Since then, and it’s been eight weeks, we have had two nurses rotating 24/7 and living with us. Both of them are fabulous. Very caring, great work ethic, and incredibly well trained. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Owners are nasty and try to bully you when you discontinue service.Tiffany the nurse is professional. They don’t supply documents and promise discounts per hour but don’t abide by what they promise. Nothing in writing
