Where do I begin? Never seen an outfit like this. Convinced their objective is to make as much money as they can before they are shut down. Almost 3 hours for my appointment. Waiting room is so packed that people have to wait outside their office. They are very unorganized & unprofessional . The Doctor and his wife, the NP, do not listen to you, you have to wait at least 2 hours or more just to see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, due to over booking. If having a colonoscopy , Dr Gupta will have every single one of his patients arrive to the facility at 5:30a just to wait 2-3 hours in the waiting room before finally getting the colonoscopy done. The worst service. Unorganized and late, they give the same appointment to 4 different people, so expect to wait few hours if you show up on time ! Very u professional with no regards to patients time or circumstances Find another Dr
