Dr. Gupta was amazing. He and his staff are professional, kind, and always answered all our questions. I am very grateful for his excellent gastroenterology care. Where do I begin? Never seen an outfit like this. Convinced their objective is to make as much money as they can before they are shut down. Almost 3 hours for my appointment. Waiting room is so packed that people have to wait outside their office. You would thing that the reason is because the Dr. Is good, I doubt that’s the case, They simply don’t care how long you have to wait. While you wait, all you hear is people complaining. They are very unorganized & unprofessional . The Doctor and his wife, the NP, do not listen to you, you have to wait at least 2 hours or more just to see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, due to over booking. If having a colonoscopy , Dr Gupta will have every single one of his patients arrive to the facility at 5:30a just to wait 2-3 hours in the waiting room before finally getting the colonoscopy done.
