I had three visits with Dr. Vipin Gupta’s office, including a colonoscopy in early July, and I never met the doctor even once. Every interaction was handled by nurses, and Dr. Gupta only appeared after I was already sedated for the procedure. This is unacceptable for a provider who is supposed to oversee my care. Dr. Gupta was amazing. He and his staff are professional, kind, and always answered all our questions. I am very grateful for his excellent gastroenterology care. He and his staff made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and provided the right gastroenterology care. Where do I begin? Never seen an outfit like this. Convinced their objective is to make as much money as they can before they are shut down. Almost 3 hours for my appointment. Waiting room is so packed that people have to wait outside their office. You would thing that the reason is because the Dr. Is good, I doubt that’s the case, They simply don’t care how long you have to wait. While you wait, all you hear is people complaining.
