They are very unorganized & unprofessional . The Doctor and his wife, the NP, do not listen to you, you have to wait at least 2 hours or more just to see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, due to over booking. If having a colonoscopy , Dr Gupta will have every single one of his patients arrive to the facility at 5:30a just to wait 2-3 hours in the waiting room before finally getting the colonoscopy done. The worst service. Unorganized and late, they give the same appointment to 4 different people, so expect to wait few hours if you show up on time ! Very u professional with no regards to patients time or circumstances Find another Dr
Beware this office is awful. They are unorganized and unprofessional from reception to billing. Go somewhere else.
