I had three visits with Dr. Vipin Gupta’s office, including a colonoscopy in early July, and I never met the doctor even once. Every interaction was handled by nurses, and Dr. Gupta only appeared after I was already sedated for the procedure. This is unacceptable for a provider who is supposed to oversee my care. Dr. Gupta was amazing. He and his staff are professional, kind, and always answered all our questions. I am very grateful for his excellent gastroenterology care. He and his staff made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and provided the right gastroenterology care. I consider myself very fortunate to have been under the care an individual that takes such pride not only in his work, but his facility, staff and patients' well being. Where do I begin? Never seen an outfit like this. Convinced their objective is to make as much money as they can before they are shut down. Almost 3 hours for my appointment. Waiting room is so packed that people have to wait outside their office. You would thing that the reason is because the Dr. Is good, I doubt that’s the case, They simply don’t care how long you have to wait. While you wait, all you hear is people complaining.
