We have been struggling for months with our 7 year old cat. He was recently diagnosed with FIC and had to get surgery to remove bladder stones, and has been hostile, aggressive, and impossible for our home vet to work with. If I could give Dr. Q and Coral 10 stars I would! They were so sweet and gentle with my elderly cat Olive. Since her CHF diagnosis, driving her to the vet caused her breathing episodes so I had to look into mobile clinics. I’m so glad VIP @ Home Vet was suggested. Dr. Q and Coral have impeccable bed side manner and answered all of our questions. They made my husband and I feel at ease while Olive was in their care. We have an anxious Tuxedo guy (and anxious cat parents), and we knew he needed a dental cleaning. It took a while to find a mobile vet that would come all the way to North Seattle, but I am so glad I found VIP@Home. Dr. Q and Coral were absolutely amazing with our guy and prepping for his dental cleaning. They gave us tips for how to best manage his anxiety and then caring for him after his teeth extractions. We had an amazing experience with VIP@Home! Our cat has multiple chronic issues and Dr. Q and Coral spent over an hour at our house chatting with us, getting to know our cat, and working on a treatment plan in addition to a full exam, vaccines and blood work. Vet visits have often been stressful for us, and not all vets have good bedside manner when it comes to pets with chronic issues, but Dr. Q and Coral made us feel so safe and at ease and approached my cat's health issues in a way no other vet has before.
