5 stars for professionalism, customer service and promptness! Viper installed my Air Conditioning unit recently and it was such a great experience. Shout out to Chad and the crew who were so great too with my pups who were very curious about the comings and goings of the crew -super friendly and helpful to walk me through the new system too! Terrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and mental anguish. Pick another company with a remote understanding of customer service to work with instead of Viper. Replying to your comment below. I live in a home where you were the contractor for Richview. Your service techs have been to the home 8 times in 3 months trying to repair a failed boiler system. Terrible. The last call no one showed up for 4 days when the heat and hot water went down. I think you guys should be making an effort to reach out to us to remedy... read more
I had a great experience dealing with Viper Mechanical. I was in a pinch to get repairs done to my in floor heating to enable the sale of my house. Dean sent one of his guys out the next morning and Matt provided great service until the issue was resolved. Definitely 5 out of 5 service!!
