Hired Viper Jet to clear a simple kitchen drain clog. They showed up late, were in a rush, and barely explained what they were doing. Two days later, the drain was backing up again. Called for a follow-up — no response. Total lack of accountability. Won’t be calling them again.
I was really hoping for a smooth experience with Viper Jet Drain Services, but it was anything but. They overcharged me for a “premium jetting” service that barely made a difference. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, I got vague answers and attitude. Felt more like a sales pitch than a service call.
These guys are prompt, professional, & most of all clean!!

They came quickly and did a good job clearing our clogged pipe. Would use them again for sure.
