Been using them for years the best people
We needed a simple toilet flange/wax ring replaced and was quoted $150 over the phone. We scheduled an appointment where they came out to "inspect" the issue and gave us additional quotes for services we didn't ask for ranging from $1500-$6000. When we requested the original quoted service they went back on their word and wants to charge $450 just to replace the wax ring saying the "part" costs $150.
