Viper hobbies has been great to us. All of the employees have been great, we mostly deal with Zach who has helped us with a lot of special orders. We try to keep our rc related purchases local and thanks to Zach that has been very easy to do!
Poor management. I was so disappointed when it took them days to repair my sons RC car. (WHICH THEY NEVER DID) When we went in to pick it up. An employee that has been sick for days was playing a video game and the response I got from Zach was that (video game player) had been sick for days and they just couldn't get to it. That's funny because we were told it would take 20 minutes to fix. Instead of playing video games. DO YOUR JOB! My son was so disappointed.
