Mike, the owner, spent almost an hour helping me with a programming issue for my viper alarm and I he installed it 6 years ago. Never had a single issue with my alarm system until now. When it was installed, the price I paid was competitive but looking back on it, I would have gladly paid 20% over retail to know I had a guy like this on my side.
