I miss my dr she a good dr but know one told me where she went but I pray all is well with her she pick me up when my health was all out track and always told me call me if u need me and now I do
This office is by far the worst customer service I've ever seen been like this for 2 years they got a new staff it's worse then the last staff they answered some of the calls! Nobody cares nobody answers the phones and if they do they put you on hold and get frustrated if the real long periods of time and then you wind up hanging up and then you call back & get the answer in service.. but they never seem to get the message they just don't read them nothing is important. She really cares for what she does. A wonderful doctor to talk to. I am really going to miss her.
Unfortunately Dr Lourdes Colon left and the office starting to fall apart the staff always nice and helpful I am waiting 3 days for a RX to be fax to the pharmacy I take l 10 meds and is kind of worry some having to deal with this issue every time I need a refill a prescription someone needs to step up
Dr Colon has been a great dr for me. She is thorough and gets my referrals done fast. I would recommend her to all the people I know.
