Dr. Harpold is amazing but the staff and call center are far from amazing. There seems to be a problem when you are referred out to another doctor or have tests ordered. This seems to fall through the cracks till you start calling to see where the approval process is, and the staff at the doctor office will not take a call from you but have the calling service brush you off.
Wish we had found this Dr Office years ago! Very impressed on every level of care!
Dr. Harpold is professional, kind, caring, efficient and takes his time to answer every question. He also does a physical exam and reviews all labs and X-rays. I feel very comfortable in his care. I also feel that Dr. Harpold's Port Orange office staff is superb. They are extremely patient, professional and responsive to the needs of their patients. Mary Lightfine RN
Dr. Harpold is very skilled & caring. He truly cares about his patients. Also, Gail is the glue that holds the front office together. She is amazing at her job. This office sets the standard for what primary care should be.
