From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a warm friendly hello; welcomed in with your name. Nice personal touch. Once it's your time to be taken into the exam room again your greeted with a friendly hello. Once your in the room and you hit the scales, blood pressure taken along with your oxygen levels... All is good. Then any issues you might have to be discussed later on with the doc are brought up noted so that Dr Parra is aware of your concerns and now you wait. Customer service and the staff is wonderful and the Dr is awesome and the office manager turned the office around the best
I had my new patient appointment today with Dr. Parra at VIPcare Port Orange. The office was spotless and the staff were friendly and professional starting with the front desk. Dr. Parra took time to review everything with me. I would highly recommend this clinic.
