Today was my New Patient Appointment at VIPCare with Dr. Harison Rafael Parra & Staff! From entering the Front Office to leaving All Was Awesome!! They send You a Reminder about your Appointment, & You can even check in online. Front Office & Exam Rooms are Beautifully Decorated & the Theme is Back in the Day, the 70’s!! So Darn Cool!! Our first visit today with Dr Parra. We found him to be very easy to talk to. Dr Parra is very knowledgeable and very attentive to our medical questions. He listens, explains clearly, and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Parra's approach to care aligns with our own, and he made us feel respected and involved in our health decisions. We just hope he stays around. We are glad we stuck around to see who would replace Dr Harpold, who we really liked, also.
Dr Parra is wonderful He LISTENS to your issues and creates a care plan to take care of the most pressing issue first. Compassionate, empathetic and seems to definitely know not only medical care but people care. Rare bird these days..
