I want to very strongly dispute the negative reviews about the front office staff and particularly Bonnie. I was a patient at this location for quite a while and NEVER found Bonnie to be anything but kind , friendly and polite. Sometimes customers get what they give. Also to those complaining about the service over the phone just know that the vast majority of the time when you call the number you're getting an answering service in Tampa and they are terrible at their job and talking to customers. It’s been upsetting speaking with Bonnie, as she often responds harshly for example, shouting “I don’t know!” when asked a simple question. I understand she may be under a great deal of pressure, but her recent behavior has come across as rude and unprofessional. I’ve been trying to assist my dad, who my mom had worked with before her passing, and the process has been difficult because it’s nearly impossible to have a calm or productive conversation with Bonnie.
