First time here . I am in love with the staff and the the doctor. They take their time here no rush. Very professional but comfortable and caring.. I recommend it to anyone who wants a great PCP experience.

I have had a wonderful experience with VIP. The entire staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. The receptionists are always pleasant and patient. One receptionist recently took the time to patiently help me set up my patient portal and made sure I understood how to use it. I especially appreciate Dr. Carmen Echevarria and Nurse Practitioner Serina Adams.
