Beautiful office, patient staff, and the Dr. Powers is very knowledgeable and thorough and Kia was such a great help. We were truly treated like VIP.
I was so happy with the staff, especially Khia. I was in a real bind due to the fact I had a specialist appointment and a scheduled test and once again they had not received my referral from Optum Apopka. No big deal right? This is only the 15 time it's happened with Optum which prompted me to find a PCP more patient concerned and highly rated by others that I know who have made the change.
