Me encantó el trato ,y los doctores muy buenos
Trying to set up a new PCP appointment and am on hold for 30 minutes+ just to have them hang up on me. They say they can take your insurance and when you get there they turn you around. Horrible customer service.
Ahórrense su tiempo y busquen otro PCP, la cita que me dieron era para las 8:30 son las 10 am y todavía no me han atendido, me pusieron en un cuarto y sigo esperando. Cuando llame para hacer la primera cita, tomaron todos los datos y me dieron una hora, cuando llego el día, me dijeron que no tenia ningun appointment y tuve que esperar otra semana para que me atendieran, las siguientes tres citas me han hecho esperar por mas de 2 horas. Tienen MUY mala atención.
