They cloae at 6pm and when I arrive at 430pm with no one waiting the technician was shaking his head back and forth no as if what was I doing there. He was rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time I've encountered rudeness at this establishment and have complained several times to the manager but no response. There are similar reviews on Google with the same complaint about unprofessionalism and poor service in both the oil changes and car washes. Previously before my unsatisfactory service and before my trust was violated “on multiple occasions”, I was a faithful customer of this establishment but during the month of April, my trust was violated, and I never returned to this establishment to receive service. Worst VIP (Bpt). Charged me double to only have problems, and when asked to speak to manager regarding the issue, he told me “nothing I can do”, and walked away like a coward. Horrible customer service. My entire family of 8 cars has been going here for years and we will not being returning. Not how you run a business.

I went to vip wash and lube in stratford today8/26/18 had my truck washed like I do every time when they said it was finished I looked around it and had spot of bird fences on my truck. When I questioned the work they continue to tell me I have to get a detail job done. After complaining for about 15 minutes and not getting anywhere I asked for the supervisor name and number due to be told that he wasn’t their at that time . I’ve been going to the Stratford location since it opened and can honestly say I’m probably one of their best customers. After bringing my current Jeep there 200+ times, I was told this morning that they can’t wash it because the tires are too wide. He made me back up out of the line and leave. Time to find a new place.
VIP wash and lube in Bridgeport ct are scam artists!! Dont go there if you care about your car! I own a 2015 ******* ******** with only 50,000 miles and absolutely no issues with it. Doesnt burn oil and nothing wrong because its new. I paid them almost 80.00 for a full synthetic oil change.. they didn't put more than 1qt of oil in. A week later i took my car in due to my lifters rattling and the first thing they find is ..NO OIL!! My mechanic checked every possible place on my car for a leak and there wasn't any. Bad service, did not vac passenger side, car still dirty, didnt wipe visible dirty areas, comunication very poor between employees and myself.
