Took my car for oil change and next thing we know engine light turns on and my 2020 Toyota had to be towed out to a mechanic who charged $198 for doing a real oil change to my car and other issues that VIP made my car get. This place is terrible. I do not recommend coming here for any services. I went to get an oil change; during the oil change they filled up my tires per usual. Once I started driving home I realized my car drifting to the right. Come later on that night my tires popped off the rim while I was driving. Management here is horrible!! Won't refund me or take any responsibility! Employees were also laughing in my face about the issue and lying about who in charge. This company and their workers disgust me!!

Great service, very honest and by far best prices with oil change and car wash included. I wasn’t due for an oil change and the tech made me aware of that, but I was going to travel far so I had it done anyways.
