Please exhaust all other options before going here. My first visit was pleasant, everything has gone down hill ever since. All I have to say is trust your instincts. If something doesn't feel right look for another option or opinion. Their billing process also is a pain to deal with once it gets to that point.
As a resent patient of VIP I can’t say enough great things about the facility and the entire staff. From the initial contact, to the conciliation, to the two procedures and the recovery after this was all top notch. I would like to thank the entire staff for their care and generosity. Every single person I've come in contact with has been amazing. In the initial visits, Austin answered every question I had, listened to all my concerns, and explained everything well. I had a procedure completed by Dr. G today. Between Mary Ann, David, Shaun, Christine, and Francie (sorry if any of the names are spelled wrong). I felt very taken care of. I had pulsatile tinnitus and went to several types of doctors before finding this office. Dr. Mehta completely gave me back my quality of life by placing a stent and getting rid of my tinnitus! All of the staff were kind, professional, and caring and I would 1000% recommend them!
I had a conflict with the drugs he put me on and he dismissed it as though it was nothing. I stopped taking it right then. Hmm, a Dr that doesn't hear you.
