We are very happy with VIP! We spoke with Rebecca a year ago and from the first phone call to an in office visit she was very nice and professional. And after being here over a week, we spoke on the phone and she asked how we were doing? I told her everything is great but we did not bring our beach chairs because we assumed they would have them in the condo. She said please don’t buy any I’ll have some delivered. This our third year coming to the house VIP represents in Sanibel. Like everyone else’s property it sustained some damage from three hurricanes. Upon arriving in January we had some issues and Keith was right on it. Like any house, things happen but they were always addressed promptly and professionally. Keith and his staff have been incredible to work with. We know they have been so stressed with the storms and other properties. We look forward to coming back next year. VIP Rentals on Sanibel is well run and manages many properties on Sanibel. The Manager Rebecca is very experienced and responds quickly to ensure we have any issues resolved. The team is friendly and responsive, and we are very happy at the home we have rented.
I cannot speak more highly of the level of customer service we received from VIP Vacation Rentals. They found us a wonderful place at Loggerhead Cay. We had an ocean view from the kitchen and sunset views from living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and highly recommend them! Click on picture for the scenic beach.
We are long-time patrons of VIP Vacation Rentals on Sanibel. We have found ALL of the folks there to be Excellent at listening, & making all-things happen as to deliveries, upkeep and the "whatevers" of experiencing the BEST of the Island. Yes, Keith, Rebecca, Belen, Kim, Krystal and ALL at VIP have us returning to VIP (& LC) Year over Year!
