Great service. The nurses are awesome. They listen to what your symptoms are. The Doctor spends time with you. Not 2mins or less. Not 45 to an hour waiting time. I’m glad we have a location on the Westside. I have insurance but I’d rather just go to VIP Urgent Care because of how great the service is. Highly recommend them. Don’t go waist your money anywhere else.

the facility was clean, calming and modern with complimentary drinks. front desk staff was very kind and got me checked in quickly, MA esme was super sweet and put me at ease, Dr. Reyes was thorough, understanding snd mind. overall great service and great pricing! 10/10 would recommend
