Dr. Reyes is incredibly kind, caring, and professional. She always puts me at ease and really listens to my concerns. She takes her time with me and answers all my questions. I've gone to her clinic for a variety of things, and she has always taken great care of me. I don't have insurance, so their transparent and upfront prices are tremendously helpful! It’s never fun when your little one isn’t feeling their best, but VIP Urgent Care made a stressful situation so much easier. Quick check-in and minimal wait time to see the physician. She answered all my questions and made both my son and me feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend!
My first time here and had a great experience. Dr. Reyes and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to answer all of my questions. They care about their patients. They even called me a couple days later to check how I was doing.
