Great attention, they ask the right questions and are very kind.
My daughter saw Dr Marzones on Wednesday, she has been having fever with cough for four days. Just fyi anything longer than 3 days is ABNORMAL meaning there could be an infection. The Dr came in the room and said “you’re probably not even sick you just wanted to be off from school.” My daughter is 8 years old shaking from the shivers. He says” well it’s just a cold” without listening to her lungs or checking her ears for an infection or doing a urinalysis to make sure there is no uti. Their team is very slow, other workers are just talking when they could be help speed up their pace and help people faster.
The staff were extremely kind & compassionate. I hadn’t been to a doctor in years due to anxiety but everyone was really welcoming from the front desk staff to nurses & doctor. They were busy yet still provided excellent care. I highly recommend.
