My children and I came in this morning and my son and I were seen by Dr. Mardones. The office was clean, staff were friendly, Dr. Mardones was excellent. I would recommend this VIP urgent care.
DO NOT GO HERE! THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!!! AND STAFF IS HARDLY PROFESSIONAL. They obviously work here just to get their check. It's sad to sit 3+ hours just to get seen.
They take weight in kg not lbs, so strange considering this is America and we use the metric system. I asked why and the guy said "that's what we do". This isn't Mexico... They also used the wrong phone number and address so when I sent to pick up the prescription it was kinda a pain.
Good Doctor experience. Very helpful and attentive.
I’ve tired to take my son twice at around 7pm and both times(couldnt come earlier due to work) and told me they can’t take anymore clients due to long wait times(only 3groups) waiting and the other time was told due to the doctor not accepting anymore patients. If they can’t take any patients then lock the door or put a sign! Ridiculous of an urgent care. Do Not Go Here.
