I just went in to this office to ask for the restroom. I’m not sure who I spoke to but they were rude in my opinion. I stated that my father was in an appointment somewhere in the building and that I read their sign(it said to locate the office and ask them for the bathroom code) I tried to locate the office my father was in but the name wasn’t coming up. This is my 3rd home purchase in San Antonio and by far the best title experience I have had so far. The atmosphere and environment of VIP Title was pleasant and welcoming. Denise was amazing! She is very detailed and thorough. I understood every document I signed thanks to her amazing explanations. WORST EVER! Save yourself time and go elsewhere! I didn't think much of their disorganization and delayed 3 times over closing 8 months ago. Well fast forward to today and now I'm dealing with a nightmare. They never filed my properties correctly with the county and even put some POBox in Dallas as my mailing address. They have no explanation on why they did that. We called to ask for help and were told we need to handle THEIR mistake with the county. So now we need to take time off from work to get this fixed.
