I’ve been bringing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to VIP in So.Portland, Maine for 7 years now… I’m a guy that will rebuild an engine myself…. But there are just some tasks I can’t or won’t take on. I had an alignment done elsewhere a few months ago that just didn’t feel right…. Today, Service tech Will, put the time and effort in to free a frozen bolt and make it right. I appreciate the team at the front desk and Service Tech’s at this location.
On 30 Jul 25 I paid for my daughter’s alignment and 2 front tires at the Scarborough ME store. After replacing the rear tires due to a unrepairable rear tire flat about 2 weeks later an alignment showed that no alignment was performed. She is now out of town and is unable to take advantage of the “warranty “ nor are the returning or paying for the new alignment. $119 down the drain. Do Not align your vehicle at this place.
I did service my vehicles with this company but NEVER. AGAIN! They have 82 stores, Go to Autozone for parts, BJ's Walmart and Big Corporations that will help put more smaller companies like this OUT OF BUSINESS.
Will tell you that a drug test and background check has to be done before hiring. Will hire you only to come back a month later to fire you because of said background check. Just when you think you’re good to go. They will screw you over and play mind games. What a great thing to do with people that struggle with their mental health and just got out of hospital.
