Changing winter and summer tires with them for a number of years now. They can work with custom wheels and tires that some other shops can't handle well or will give me hard time about. They investigate and repair air leaks. They also worked hard on a complicated repair of the front axle of my aging car. They stand behind their work.

I ended up getting a screw in my tire today. I was able to be seen same day! Julio was very nice! I was in and out within the hour. The waiting room was clean. They had coffee and waters. Great service!
Stopped by after side wall damage to our Pirelli P-Zeros - got great advice on what was needed (including the manufacturer recommendations for 4WD cars) - tires fitted as soon as they came in stock - super friendly and helpful communication. Can't say enough good things about the staff at the Framingham location.
My wife took her vehicle here to have new tires mounted. All of her lug nuts were all grossly over-torqued. If you check the photo, each of her lug nuts were above the max torque of my meter - 175 ft lbs. The factory spec is 89 ft lbs so these were all at least double what they should be. My Milwaukee mid torque even struggled so resorted to a 2ft breaker bar with a cheater pipe. Even then I had to put all my weight on it to get the lug nuts off.
