Probably self diagnosed his own car because he didn't want to pay THEM to diagnose it. He probably then told them to put a part in after diagnosing the problem WRONG, and they agreed. When it didn't fix his problem he probably got mad (like a moron would). They probably then explained that he should have paid them to PROPERLY diagnose it, like a smart person. Terrible customer service. Huge lack of knowledge. Will never go there again. O'reilly should do themselves a favor and not associate themselves with that terrible franchise.
