We have uses the Belfast V.I..P store many times in the last several years.It may have not always been 100% satisfaction in the past but,with Matt Larochelle at the helm it seems to have it together now after reorganizing its employees.
three full days for a power steering pump, and a steering rack!!! Not to mention the $199.99 part that I was never told about until I went in to pick up the truck! When I asked why nobody called me I was told that I needed the part no matter what, and that I was getting it at cost (180.00). It was listed on my bill at $199.99. I will never spend another cent at VIP. I will only go back for warranty work, but not in Sanford, I feel I can no longer trust them.
Fair prices and very helpful
I needed a flat tire changed on a Saturday afternoon (when all tire service locations are closed). The worker had already shut down his computer, and was off the clock. He took the time to help me find the appropriate tire and fix it for me. He went out of his way to help my specific need. And he was extremely polite!
I am a 60 year old widow who has been going to VIP for years.I have never ever had any problems or a complaint about this store.They were always courteous and totally professional.When I needed anything, they were always right there to help me out.My special thanks goes to Chris Clark and his crew.I will never go any wheres else to get my work done.
Worst place ever, dropped off car for inspection, charged $25, failed it, quoted a fix off $200. Took the car to SEARS auto got sticker no problem. Asked them about the brake issue, they told me nothing is wrong with them. VIP lies and this is not my first time with them.
Quoted me almost 2;000 dollars to pass inspection got it elsewhere for only 800. They will screw you don't waste your money or time
Great place to get your car serviced or to buy tires. Reasonable prices and seem to know what they are doing.
Tire on the horse trailer popped late Friday afternoon and learned that the spare's valve was damaged. I called VIP in Ellswoarth and asked if they had a new tire that fit the trailer and if so could they be ready with it when we got there. We were 30 minutes from VIP and we had to unhook the trailer on the side of Route 198 (small fast road).
