This place is the worst and I’ve given them too many chances to redeem themselves. They don’t communicate, even among their own staff, much less to the customer. I called to ask if my car was ready for pick up and they told me it would be a few more minutes. I showed up and found my car sitting in the parking lot. I told the person at the desk and he questioned me about whether or not it was my car. I told him it was and he insisted that the technician must be bringing the paperwork up.
