Sadly very disappointing service. First it turned out that VIP placed mismatched snow tires on our car back in January. Then when we went to have them changed back to the summer tires, they declared that one of the summer tires had an impact defect and could not be reinstalled. Could they not have mentioned that when they took that tire off back in January? Just plain sloppy and frankly a bit dangerous.
Always friendly. New tires and alignment were done in less than 1 hr.
On my way to a meeting this morning and my tire pressure drops dropping dramatically - I was lucky to be less than a quarter mile from the shop, and pulled in to the sweet sound of air rushing out of my tire through a large screw I picked up on the highway. With no appointment scheduled and no notice, they put me on the lift immediately (and just minutes before tire pressure went to zero!) and had me sorted with a patch while I went to a meeting.
