Needed a flat tire fixed and needed it done today (Sunday). These guys were able to fit the job into an already busy day. They got it done fast and efficiently, and were very communicative as they had limited Techs (because: Sunday). While waiting I was treated to a masterclass is customer service. I didn't catch his name, but I believe it was Scott, juggled every open work order, the phones, along with probably a half dozen other drop-ins (like me) and a couple tow-jobs on top of that, with again; limited techs. My entire experience at VIP was a great one - from scheduling to driving out. And I have to say I’ve never had that kind of experience at a tire dealer!!
The staff is nice but they are clearly understaffed. I went in today to get my a/c fixed. My appointment was at 3. They got my car in at 4:10 (ugh) only to tell me that they couldn't fix the a/c on my kind of car as they didn't have the property freon- it's a Kia nothing exotic. It would seem they should be able to know that before a customer comes in.
