Phenomenal customer service here every time. The guys always take time to explain recommendations without pressure and I never feel like I'm being upsold. They are fast and their prices are fair.
Amazing customer service, I can’t recommend coming here enough. I honestly know nothing about cars and have been taken advantage of at other shops, but VIP gave amazing service and anyone whose looking for 10/10 service in Burlington seriously come here.
I was there to get my tire and wheel put together they had me in and I was out. They took the time to answer any questions I had and gave me precautions to look out for.
