The staff were genuinely interested in helping us. They were kind and engaging and communicated clearly and often. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and it showed in how they interacted with us and by how competently they repaired our van. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I showed up unannounced on a busy Friday afternoon at 4:15 with a leak in my tire. I assumed I was gonna be told nicely that they can’t do it, but not only did they do it, they did it with a smile, they did it for free, and the guy at the front desk was extremely friendly. I am definitely a converted customer and will be coming to get my winter tires with you guys. Thank you.
One VIP store could not rotate and balance my tires for two days. I called the VIP in Williston VT at 4:00 pm and a man named Cab said how soon can you get here. 20 minutes. Come on over. All done by 6:00PM AND it was free because rotating and balance is free and for life of tires. Also veterans and active duty military get special treatment and FREE VT state inspection. All that will cost over $300 over three years at any other place. Thank you VIP and your great employees. Albert
