I usually get snow tires, here, every year, bad experience this time. I had. Scheduled, 3PM appt. and at 4:15, my car hadn’t even been brought in. I’m reconsidering where I will service my vehicle in the future.
I had a tough time getting tires in from the vendors to get them delivered to VIP. It took about a week to finally get my studded tires on plus some other work I needed. Luckily, Emma the assistant manager did wonders for me and gave me a break on my services due to the delay in tires. I highly recommend Emma as a future Manager if not district manager whenever the company decides to pass the torch.
