I love the fact the same person has serviced my car and is very honest. They are all very pleasant the only thing I have negative to say is the chairs are not comfortable but my husband had his shop and he never had chairs for people waiting for their vehicles on purpose it was so they didn’t hang around. But I understand you are larger and can accommodate people. All in all I would recommend VIP to everyone 😊
