Had an oil change and tire rotation appointment. There was miscommunication resulting in a longer wait. Without hesitation the assistant manger remedied the situation in a fair manner.
Great service and inspection, you get a pass or 30 days to fix the defects and get a fresh sticker without extra cost.
I hit a pothole which damaged my tire sidewall so it needed a replacement. I decided to replace all four tires and I was fortunate this location had all four tires in stock. They were very courteous and replaced the tires quickly!
Brought full set of OEM TPMs to install while new tires were being mounted/balanced to correct a TPMS fault due to faulty unit. They did not install and the TPMS fault is still present even though this was all discussed prior to work being started and W/O being issued. Will not return for any future work needed.
Quick, courteous and convenient. I made an appointment and was in and out in just over an hour. Will use again.
