Quick oil change with appointment!
Trenton was awesome! I told him I needed to be out of there by 3pm and they changed my tires and oil within in hour. Shane was great too. He was 100% honest with the condition of my summer tires and gave me a chance to show my husband and talk with him about trashing them. I have to say I was quite impressed with Trenton’s customer service skills. Phones were ringing and customers were coming in and it didn’t phase him. Kudos to the entire team today!
Several very good experiences here from state inspection to tire installation. always friendly, always prompt, and excellent service. The AAA discount is a nice bonus too.
This was the easiest and most affordable inspection that I've had in a long time. No unexpected extra fees or unnecessary work. Emma at the front desk was also wonderful company and had some of the best customer service skills that I've ever witnessed in action. I cannot recall a time in the past that I confirmed the name of an employee on my way out, making a note of it on my phone, to ensure that I wouldn't forget to include them in a review later.
