The staff at VIP Tires are great. I feel 100% confident that my car will be serviced appropriately and I will be given the best advice for tires and other automotive matters. I use them for maintenance service in addition to my tire needs.
I went in with a slow leak hoping to be fit in as a walk-in, just to make it to a scheduled appointment at the dealer for inspection and snow tires in a week or two. I explained that and VIP was able to fit me in for new all-weather tires, the inspection and wheel alignment while I waited. Everyone was super friendly and I am grateful to have more than I expected taken care of. They are literally down the street while the dealer is 45 minutes away - I have found a new favorite place :-)
Got me in the same day, and the service was fast. Definitely will go back there for future tire care.
