Chris and Rob always go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need done to my vehicle to make sure it is safe for not only me, but for my kids as well! They are the most honest and upfront people at this location and I couldn't ask for better service than what I get from them everytime I go there! They make sure the work they do is done right and to your expectations and if it's not they will make sure its done they way it should be. I will continue my business with them as they take good care of my kids and me!!

tried to rip me off buy saying car needed 1500$ worth of work I take it somewhere else they look and even show me there's nith6wrong with car don't take your vehicle to them they will rip you off they are a joke

the service I got here was horrible. I was essentially charged to have my exhaust taken apart, told that they could not fix it, I had to source out my own parts, had to drive my vehicle on open exhaust manifold. took three trips to get this resolved. also, they took off my inner fender wells and never put them back on, told me that I would have to buy new pins and have to put them on myself. Extremely professional service, friendly employees and willing to take me in the garage each and every time to explain what needed to be done to my car. These guys are the best! They're honest and it's hard to find an honest mechanic to do excellent work on your car.

I was scrambling to find a place to put on my winter tires prior to the first snow storm. NO ONE had an opening, I called VIP and spoke to Chris who initially told me he had nothing available and apologized and then found me an appointment at 7pm. His sincerity and compassion for someone he never met really impressed me. He had great customer service and his dedication will definitely bring me back to that store. Thanks Chris! Even though I could not make the appointment, I truly appreciate you!

VIP is awesome. I have never gone to any of the locations because I have only heard less than positive comments about the business, but they actually were very nice, friendly, positive, and helpful. I can't believe that i haven't been there sooner! I went in to ask if I could make an appointment to get my car inspected, and they got me in right then with no waiting, on a Saturday afternoon!! Chris the manager is an extremely unprofessional and degrading individual. He degraded a female customer in front of other customers, mimicked her, and made feminist remarks about her receiving help from her boyfriend. He belittled her and used scare tactics in his "presentation". He takes advantage of females, teens and people who may not know the logistics of tires and cars.
