RecommendedScheduled an alignment appointment for today, they price matched Monroe, and beat their price by almost 15$. The young man at the desk was super welcoming and polite getting me checked in. The waiting room was spotless. They had my car in and out within half an hour!

Wait was a bit longer than expected but good service none the less
We took our car to VIP to have winter tires put on and then they went to do an alignment and broke a bolt they said they fixed it however they ruined one of the bushings making the car very unsafe to drive. We had an independent mechanic look at it that’s where this information came from. we told VIP and they said that they would fix it but they would charge us to fix it even though it was their fault. I will never go to this VIP again and we will make sure never to let anyone else that we know go there as well.
Got us right in, awesome deal on tires. This is the only place we will go for repairs and tires. Always honest and dependable. Thank you Jimmy and all the guys! Excellent service as always!
The guys here a great especially the guy with the two gaged ears(sorry didn't catch his name) never once pressured me into something or tried to oversell a product. I work nights and today I arrived there about a half hour early the guys were all haning out before shift starting. The guy (with gages) he saw me waiting and he knew I worked nights he came up and told me to pull over to the open bay another guy came out and re-torqued my tires so I could get home all about 15 minutes before they opened. Excellent customer service all around! Stopped by after getting a screw in one tire and left with 4 new tires (they were needed!) in under 1 hour! Thanks for taking care of me!
Even though they were short staffed, the manager Tom still went above and beyond answering calls, talking to customers up front and working on my vehicle all in a timely manner. Definitely worth the 50 minute drive for this exceptional service!
Outrageous price increase! New to the area, in April 2015 we brought our Tacoma to this shop to changeover from snow tires. The price was $65.84 (with no discounts). We just brought the Tacoma back to have the snow tires put on and the price was $90.14 (after a veteran's discount). That's an outrageous price increase -- almost 40%! When I called to ask why the bill was so much, I was told that there was a price increase and that he (Mark) was just doing what the computer told him to do.
