Hit a pot hole last night and had it towed to the Winslow location, they had it in first thing in the morning and called right away. Fixed within a half hour!

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had at the Winslow, ME location and I will never return to a VIP anywhere because of it. Not to mention when I physically brought the two estimates to another Garage I was quoted $500 less than what I was going to pay at VIP. At VIP, $983.00 for Power Steering Rack and $775.00 for Breaks/rotors all around. Labor alone? Almost $900.00.
