RecommendedYesterday, I was out of town, my car battery was dead and needed to be jumped. Then I drove 30 miles to VIP in WATERVILLE, left it running and went to the service desk hoping to get the battery checked and get a new one installed, if necessary. The guy behind the counter obviously didn’t care. He told me that all his guys were busy but he’d take a look. He shut off the engine, started it back up and told me It should be fine. They did an awesome job on fixing our car today
What a pleasant surprise. While heading home, on the highway, after a week at camp, I noticed that I had a tire that was going down. I stopped at VIP in Waterville (Maine) and they fixed me up for FREE! Thank you very much!
Thank you so much to the VIP Tire and services in Waterville ME . Brian and others went above the call of duty to help us find tires for our car when we were stranded with a flat tire late on a Saturday afternoon . We were heading home to Maryland from a sled dog race in Maine with 16 dogs when one of our pit crews car tires blew out. Happy to say that with your help we’re almost home in Maryland . Thank you so very much !!!!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful there.
Outstanding customer care and service!!
This review isn’t about VIP as a company but a couple weeks back, one of the employees Mark Murphy saw me at a rest stop and noticed that my car battery was dead (because my lights were dim; I had no idea) so he pulled over and helped me jump my car and I was back on the road in no time! If he hadn’t noticed and taken the time to help a complete stranger then five minutes later I would have noticed and had to wait for aaa. So thank you VIP for hiring such an amazing, caring man! P.s. the man definitely deserves a raise�
I went for tires and an alignment. They found and misdiagnosed a problem with my front end, offering to fix it for close to $500. I have to wonder if they would have fixed the wrong thing and sent me on my way, or if they would have found the real problem and fixed that too for even more. In any event, my regular mechanic was able to fix the issue for less than $250. To their credit, they were not pushy when I said no to all of it. They have good deals on tires and alignments.
