AVOID THE LONDONDERRY, NH FACILITY! I've had several vehicles serviced on numerous occasions. After getting new tires, I had a wheel LITERALLY come off the vehicle right after leaving the highway! Went in for a “free” inspection sticker...ended up costing me a lot. Poor customer service is the issue though, they made me feel like I was an annoyance, because I went back after realizing THEY made a mistake and charged me the $18.50 for the sticker. They let me know it was difficult to give me a refund for this. There was no “sorry mam for YOUR inconvenience to have to come back here for OUR mistake...it was all about them. Will not be going back.

I was very pleased with how they repaired/replaced the exhaust system on my 2005 vehicle. In early 2015 the dealership had suggested replacing it for $1800. I went to VIP in Old Town for a second opinion and they were able to repair it for $100. (Needless to say, VIP has received all of my business since then.) By late 2017 the exhaust system needed to be replaced. I had to be at work 72 miles away the next day. Concord VIP has been extremely helpful every time I have gone to the store. They have been helpful with suggestions and advised appropriate parts for both of my vehicles. I would highly recommend the Concord VIP.

Got a huge bolt in my tire as I was headed home from a college visit, John was awesome when I called and fantastic when I arrived. Stayed open to fix my car so I could drive three hours home. Best service, best place in a crisi!!!!

We just moved up to the area, we have used VIP before but this store by far has been the best! I NEVER do reviews but I felt like I had to here. The employees are super personable and professional. Kept me informed the whole time, and when it turned out to be more of a fix than originally expected, they were quick and knowledgeable! Even showed me all the broken parts when they were done! Rob from the Sanford vip is awesome and very kind and willing to go above and beyond to help and make sure the customer is satisfied. excellent customer service I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car service.

I went in for a four wheel alignment. My 2003 Ford Expedition was pulling to the right. The problem was a tie rod and it was replaced and the alignment was done within the time I was quoted. VIP in Topsham, Maine will now be my go to place for vehicle repairs.

A friend had recommended going to VIP for an oil change, so I scheduled an appointment. After getting my car serviced they had let me know the previous oil that had been put in my car was in fact the incorrect oil for the make and model of my car. I was very appreciative that they took the time to let me know and made sure I had the correct oil! I will be going back to VIP from now on.
