They gauged our wheels putting on snow tires. I have pictures of before and after they changed them. They were very rude and said we don’t want to see your pictures. Our machines don’t do that. We re not fixing it Sue is if you like. WTH. That s not business like. Total jerks

Went in for a “free” inspection sticker...ended up costing me a lot. Poor customer service is the issue though, they made me feel like I was an annoyance, because I went back after realizing THEY made a mistake and charged me the $18.50 for the sticker. They let me know it was difficult to give me a refund for this. There was no “sorry mam for YOUR inconvenience to have to come back here for OUR mistake...it was all about them. Will not be going back.
I'm giving 2 stars because management eventually refunded my money, but otherwise they'd get only 1. They didn't fix the problem I brought my vehicle in for, and when I took it to another garage I found out they'd also never actually done the alignment I was charged for. I will never bring another vehicle there for service- I need a shop I can trust.
