I had a great experience today at the Lisbon Street location! ! They scheduled me in for State inspection and also helped find tires for my wife's car !!! Thank you VIP !!!
The customer service aswell as the mechanical service is awesome!! I have been going to vip on Lisbon street when it was only vip,Ed and Magnus are great,they have always been super friendly and great to deal with,they have always treated me better than any other place, me and my wife will continue to go there for the best service thanks guys!!!!

Brought my Jeep here for a tire repair. Easy $25 fix. Then they proceeded to tell me that I had a power steering leak which would run me $1500 to fix. Had them write down the estimate then I took my Jeep to Mike Morin’s Auto Center in auburn to get a second opinion. They told me that if it was an issue, my Jeep would not be able to pass inspection and the cost would be about $1500 as quoted. So they took my Jeep it and had a look at it. Come to find out my power steering has no issues what’s so ever and would pass inspection... read more
