I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the managers at the Claremont, NH location. I brought my two young children with me to wait in the waiting area while all I needed was my winter tires switched to my summer tires. The assistant manager kept trying to sell me different things, an oil change, tune up, whatever, all before he decides to tell me that the person doing my tires had completely scraped one of my rims. He said he would buff it out in November(many months from now!) when I came back to switch my tires again... read more

I had an appointment for 2 flat repairs. After being there for 2 hours, I left with new air filters (which I appreciate them checking) but nothing was done to my tires. My pressure light was on the very next day and both tires were dangerously low. When I called to inquire, they suggested maybe I ran something over. They werenât able to get me in despite having not addressed the problem in the first place. Avoid! Apparently when nothing is wrong and you just need an inspection, they will create a problem to make some money. Literally watched them tug on fenders and door jambs until one broke and then needed repair. Took to another garage immediately.Â
