The service is always done on time. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. And you have the opportunity to wait in the waiting room where they provide coffee and Wi-Fi or you can leave it and come back at your convenience. They call you to tell you when your car is ready if you choose to leave. Whenever I’ve needed air for my tires they’re always very accommodating and never make me feel like I’m bothering them and it’s free. I would highly recommend VIP, especially after going to dealerships for my service.
A+++ what else can I say. The Saco location has become my go to place for any car related issues. Love the teamwork and professionalism.
