Took my vehicle in to have a rotor changed. They quoted $150. I had full break pedal pressure when parking in their lot. They take off the tire tell me "the caliper needs replaced". They quote $380 for the job. I refused, tell them to put the tire back on. When I get in to leave, I have zero pressure in the break pedal. Go in to confront them about it. worse place to go unless u want your time wasted. sat here 40 min for them to tell me they wont mount my tires because they are 2 different brands! and now have waited another 10 min and they still don't have my car off lift. Charles here is incompetent at best. his time might not be valuable but as a business owner, mine is. better off driving until your tire blows instead of having to talk to this guy.
